Once upon A Sketch June.

Hello there,  I hope your day is going well..

I had a wonderful time at the Craft Show on saturday, the day went way too fast, I spent lots of money on fabulous scrappy things.. like stencils, dies, stamps, chip board and liquid pearls.. oh and flowers... beautiful flowers.. I did a class and sat with Gwen and chatted and enjoyed creating with Bec Beattie as instructor..  Saw lots of stunning creations around the hall, said a quick Hi to Cathy Cafun and Anne Patterson who were busy on stalls..Watched Limor Webber create magic with mists.. so a really good day.. now to save up for next year.. hehe!

I have created a layout for the June challenge over at ONCE UPON A SKETCH which is to use this sketch..
and use the theme of the best things in life arent things.. I changed that a bit and went with ...
The most precious things in life aren't things..

The photo I have used is one of my DD and her cat, that has since died.. So the photo is very precious.. I have put a postcard of journalling on the back of the layout...

and my layout using Kaiser papers Lady Rose..

Lots of fussy cut flowers from the papers and layered over each other..

Thanks so much for your visit, and thanks so much for your wonderful comments that I really appreciate..

There couldn't be a greater joy than to love a pet, they live in our hearts and souls in a different way than our children do. Cannot bear to think of the day when it's time for one of our babies to leave. This is such a beautiful layout Lizzy and such heartfelt journalling. xoxo
