FEELING SKETCHY #125, SASSY SCRAPPER MOOD BOARD, BLUE FERN SKETCH JULY..

Good day to you! So wonderful you have come by!

I have a few things to post here, some challenges I have been doing the last few days..

The sketch over at FEELING SKETCHY #125 was so good I created 2 cards with it..

The sketch..
and I just happened to make Christmas cards... yes I know a bit scary to be thinking about Christmas but by the way this year is flying by it wont take long until we flip over to December..

and my cards..
Two casual chrissy cards!

The Mood Board over at SASSY SCRAPPER really is a gorgeous eye catching board and it looks like..
and I was inspired by the bottom middle picture of the red roses and created my layout using the colors..  I have used a really really old piece of Prima fabric paper I am pretty sure I have had for maybe 5 years?? Perhaps some of you will remember it?? It has the stitching on it and I have been wondering how I could use it without covering up the beautiful design.. well I have finally used it!!

Some closer views.
I did a bit of stamping in red and lifted up some fussy cut flowers with foam squares..
Fussy cut flowers and leaf die cuts

Bloom.
I didnt want to cover up the beautiful back ground too much and am so glad to have finally used this paper!!

And the sketch for BLUE FERN JULY is another fabulous one and looks like..

and some closer views..
Some mesh bits tucked in there embossed in gold.
the Organic Vine Corner embossed in white and a hint of gold with teeny tiny flowers..

So very lovely..
Lace, stencilling and flowers on the Kaisercraft paper..

Well thanks so much for coming by and seeing what I have been up to.. thank you too for your wonderful comments.. have a beautiful day...

  23. Oh my goodness Lizzy, you are amazing!! Love both of those layouts .. you have used that gorgeous paper to perfection in 'Bloom' and 'So very Lovely' is exactly that and more. Not so sure about those Chrissy cards ... they are gorgeous, no mistake but ... I don't even want to think about Christmas yet .. too scary for me. Fabulous takes on all the boards as always. The weather down here is a bit scary at the moment .. pouring rain and very, very cold and windy. Not a good combination. I'm off to bed, then I don't have to listen to it LOL!! Adore your work!! xx
